Getting Started

Access to eSubmission requires users have an account with the Commission. Once an account has been created, limited access is granted to eSubmission. To gain access to each of the sections, users must obtain the appropriate security roles for each permit holder they plan to make submissions on behalf of. A guide on how to create an account and set up security roles is linked from the graphic below.

The eSubmission User Guide provides comprehensive guidance to users on everything from basic navigation and layout of the system, to step-by-step instructions for making submissions and resolutions to common issues. Guidance is also available in the Oil and Gas Activity Operations Manual and other guides in our Documentation section of the website. For additional troubleshooting be sure to review a set of Frequently Asked Questions about eSubmission.

Submitting Spatial Data

Spatial data is required for inclusion in a variety of submissions made through eSubmission. Operators must submit spatial data in alignment with the eSubmission Spatial Data Submission Standards according to submission type. Spatial Data Templates that align with these standards are available for optional use.
