The Archaeological Assessment Information Form for Geophysical Programs is used by applicants to apply for all applications with activities related to oil and gas exploration or development that are geophysical in nature.
The Archaeological Assessment Information Forms for Non-Geophysical Programs is used by applicants to apply for all applications with activities related to oil and gas exploration or development that are not geophysical in nature.
The Client Certification Form must be submitted by archaeologists working in Northeast B.C. to demonstrate they have read and understand the related oil and gas permit. It must be signed by the applicant before an Archaeological Assessment Information Form is submitted, and before any field work is conducted.
